MUST :

Experienced Technical Project Manager

Active DoD Secret Clearance

6+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager

4+ years of experience managing IT projects

Experience working Network and/or Cloud Project is highly desired

Willingness to grow in IT knowledge, learn new tools and technologies as needed

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients, senior leadership

High attention to detail and accuracy and very organized

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Provide mentorship and coaching to members of the team

PMP certification is required

Must have or obtain Scrum Master Cert within 60 days of starting

Bachelor's Degree in IT related field is required

DUTIES :

The Manager is responsible for managing the IT Project whose mission is provide a wide range of IT business solutions to its customers, providing secure, reliable, and highly available IT business solutions to fulfill program requirements, serving a few thousand end-users located within the Washington, DC area

Lead of highly talented team through daily IT operation project and weekly/ monthly sprints

Provide effective enterprise-level support and services to help the Client achieve operational objectives

Provide oversight for remote and on-site support until the incidents are resolved

Provide a root cause and mitigation analysis post-incident within 24 hours

Help get the most out of members on the team
