Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary AIOps Architect to design and guide the development of next-generation intelligent operations platforms. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in observability, incident automation, IT service management, and AI/ML model integration, with proven experience architecting scalable AIOps systems in enterprise or hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture of AIOps platform, covering:

- Observability Stack - ingestion and normalization of logs, metrics, traces, events across multi-cloud and on-prem systems.

- Event Correlation & Noise Reduction - design of AI/ML-driven correlation engines, pattern recognition models, and alert suppression logic.

- ITSM Integration - architecture for bidirectional flows with incident/change/problem management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).

- CMDB & Topology Mapping - automated discovery pipelines and dynamic service graph construction.

- Operations Copilot (AI Agent) - design agent-based interfaces using frameworks like LangChain, Dify to assist engineers in root cause analysis, diagnostics, and resolution.

- Automation Framework - integration with runbook engines (e.g., StackStorm, Rundeck, Ansible) for closed-loop remediation.

- AI/ML Engine - orchestration of model lifecycle (training, deployment, feedback loops) for anomaly detection, forecasting, and scoring.

- Smart Dashboard & Analytics - scalable and real-time visualization architecture, including GPU/AI workload insights.

- Evaluate and select technologies and architectural patterns aligned with performance, resilience, and security requirements.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, SREs, and platform teams to convert business requirements into system-level blueprints.

- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams during design, development, and rollout of AIOps features.

- Contribute to architectural governance, design reviews, and standardization of reusable components.

- Benchmark against leading AIOps solutions in the market (e.g., Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Instana, IBM Watson AIOps).

Basic Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, DevOps/SRE systems, or enterprise cloud platforms, with at least 3 years focused on AIOps or observability systems.

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Deep hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), ML-based correlation engines, and ITSM systems.

- Familiarity with intelligent agent development (LangChain, Dify, LLMOps toolchains) and integration into operations workflows.

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation, CMDB modeling, and cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, microservices, event buses).

- Proficiency in designing scalable data pipelines, real-time analytics, and AI-driven recommendation engines.

- Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance implications for AIOps platforms.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to lead architectural decisions across global teams.

-The base salary budgeted range for this position is $190k - 240K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
