We are seeking a hospitality professional with expertise in conference center management and hospitality services to collaborate closely with the JLL Facilities Team and the Workplace Experience Team for the Atlassian client account, aiming to establish an optimal workplace environment.

Location: New York City | Atlassian office
Travel: Flexible, if needed.

Work schedule - 40 hours per week / M - F / 8 am - 5 pm / 1 hour lunch

The role is client facing and must be able to exhibit outstanding client service and communication skills from the C-Suite down. What this job involves:

To deliver exceptional experiences to Atlassian staff and their visitors. Representing both the JLL and Atlassian brand to the highest standard includes the following responsibilities.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Oversee day-to-day conference center operations, including corporate meetings, events, catering, and off-site activities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Concierge Services operations, handling high-volume meeting and event reservations

  • Support onsite teams across site management, IT services, catering, and facilities while maintaining professional standards

  • Manage concierge office operations including reception support, mail processing, badge management, and customer service

  • Provide emergency response support, floor warden duties, and position coverage coordination

  • Demonstrate analytical problem-solving abilities to implement strategic solutions while handling complex and ambiguous situations

  • Lead team communication and stakeholder engagement with strong customer service focus across all organizational levels

Required experience and skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of Supervisory or Management experience in hospitality, events, corporate meeting services, and/or knowledge of the hospitality industry.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.

Preferred experience and skills:
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation abilities

  • Adaptable and resilient with ability to manage change and perform under pressure

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving performance targets

  • Risk management approach to operations with problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Confluence, Jira, and Coupa preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,900.00 - 90,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
