What is The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, engaging, people-minded leader within our Global Marketing organization. Your focus will be to develop and drive comprehensive demand generation strategies that elevate brand awareness, attract and drive engagement of high-quality leads, and scale programs that drive pipeline growth and recurring revenue.

This role centers on building end-to-end marketing programs that engage prospects across a variety of channels. You'll drive strategies that speed up conversion through the sales funnel by crafting targeted programs that put the customer at the core of the experience. You'll also lead efforts to prioritize, qualify, and convert leads through smart campaign development and strategic outreach.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who brings a blend of strategic vision and execution with a growth mindset. You bring a data-informed, analytical outlook, are highly cross-functional, and thrive in fast paced, cross-functional environments. You bring curiosity, leadership, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes!

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead all aspects of a fast-paced, high-functioning global campaigns team delivering high-impact B2B marketing initiatives that generate new business and support expansion within existing accounts
  • Drive strategies to bring qualified prospects into the pipeline, further engagement, and accelerate movement through the funnel to drive revenue
  • Develop and implement multi-channel, scalable demand generation programs that align with business goals across regions
  • Develop and activate increasingly connected customer journeys that reflect how AI is reshaping buyer expectations and behavior - as we move from traditional buyer journeys to zero-click search and LLM-driven recommendations to AI-assisted decision-making - using real-time insights to personalize at scale and drive conversion, retention, and growth.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, distill insights, and use data to advise strategy, optimize quickly, and improve outcomes
  • Accelerate and scale AI-driven campaign planning, creative optimization, testing, and measurement for deeper personalization and faster decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Operations to improve lead nurturing, increase marketing-qualified lead (MQL) conversion rates, and maintain an engaged database
  • Strengthen email and nurture marketing efforts to support faster opportunity development and pipeline velocity
  • Guide regional/partner marketing teams on campaign methodologies and details, next best actions, tool use, and strategies to improve alignment, enablement, and execution
  • Own the annual and quarterly planning of integrated, cross-functional campaign strategies
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with regional and partner marketing to deliver unified campaign execution globally and locally
  • Partner with brand, creative, and content strategy and execution teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across the brand-to-demand journey
  • Encourage, lead, and grow a high-performing team of campaign marketers!
What You Bring:
  • 15+ years in marketing leadership, with deep expertise in revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing-particularly within SaaS, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or other high-growth tech sectors
  • A consistent record of driving direct-to-customer and B2B/B2D programs
  • Global experience developing, launching, and scaling demand campaigns against a target account list with defined buying groups, driving measurable business impact
  • Expertise in modern demand generation principles, including lead scoring, attribution, ABM, marketing funnel strategy, and campaign measurement
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, programmatic strategies, and campaign frameworks
  • Analytical skills that support both strategic decision-making and hands-on execution
  • Success working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and an eye toward future scaling
  • Outstanding communication skills-both written and verbal-with an ability to simplify sophisticated technology for complex, global audiences
  • Proficiency with leading marketing automation and CRM tools, especially Marketo and Salesforce
