Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position is responsible for sales efforts of the Premier Client Solution team. Develops and manages a sales team of Premier Client Bankers who engage in both remote sales and in-person partnerships. Oversees calling activities to generate new business opportunities. Oversees performance of Premier Client Banker team, developing sales strategies to accomplish long- and short-term sales objectives and financial growth goals. Coaches associates to improve or enhance sales performance. Ensures productive collaboration between the team they manage and the Bank partners with whom they work. Responsibilities
#LI-JW2 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management, including coaching and sales management. OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management, including coaching and sales management. License or Certification Type: Must have or acquire Series 6, 63, and state specific life insurance licenses within 120 days of hire date Required, Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
