Description 1. ERP Expertise (Acumatica-Specific) * Must-have: Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP-configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and support. * Why it matters: Acumatica is the ERP being implemented, and this person will be key to ensuring it's properly integrated and functioning across departments. 2. Technical Troubleshooting & Support * Strong background in IT support, especially with business applications. * Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues, work with vendors, and communicate effectively with internal teams. 3. Project Management & Implementation * Experience supporting ERP implementation projects-planning, testing, training, and post-go-live support. * Ability to lead medium to large projects, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with vendors. 4. Customer Service Orientation * This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing. * You need someone who can translate technical issues into business language, manage expectations, and build trust across departments. 5. Security & Data Integrity * Ensuring ERP system meets security standards, managing access controls, and applying patches.
