Job Summary The Finance Development Program (FDP) offers new graduates the opportunity for broad exposure and experience within the Finance division of Fresenius Kabi USA LLC. This entry-level program is geared toward individuals interested in the healthcare industry who are searching for a challenging, rewarding career in Finance. FDP focuses on further developing and growing you into well-rounded business professionals gaining strong foundational education and training in Finance. The FDP is a highly visible program, supported by Senior Management. Associates will rotate through four to six disciplines of Finance over a 24 to 30-month period. Responsibilities

Areas of concentration and rotation may include:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting - support planning cycles, variance analysis, and long-term projections.
  • Reporting and Controls - contribute to management reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Treasury and Risk Management - assist with cash flow, investments, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Procurement - support sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Tax - assist with compliance, reporting, and tax planning strategies.
  • Plant Operations (Melrose Park) - partner with plant finance teams on production costs, efficiency metrics, and operational performance

The Finance Development Program Associate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to broaden understanding of financial operations within the company and work closely with mentors, peers, and senior leadership to develop professional networks and leadership skills. This role will positively contribute to business outcomes while building technical expertise during each rotation. There is also a potential to complete an international rotation at our global headquarters in Bad Homburg, Germany (subject to business needs).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related business field
  • Must graduate with bachelor's degree between December 2025 - June 2026 and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Previous finance or accounting internship experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- intermediate level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; the Company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization for this position.

*Salary for this position is $66,000 + full benefits.
