Intern Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions including employee engagement, talent development, compliance, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about people and workplace culture.

Essential Duties:



  • Assist with onboarding activities and orientation programs to support a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Support talent development initiatives including training coordination, tracking learning activities, and organizing development resources.
  • Participate in employee engagement efforts such as surveys, recognition programs, and internal communications.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with HR policies and procedures, including documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, culture-building, and employee experience.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
  • This is a remote position.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in employee development and workplace culture.
  • Ability to commit to a 40 hour work week during the 10 week internship


Required Education and Experience



  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in a related area of business
  • Sophomore classification or higher
  • Cumulative GPA 3.0 or better
  • A minimum of one year work experience
  • Or equivalent military experience.
