The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product and Solutions Marketing (PSM) to lead our talented team and drive a unified, differentiated narrative for our technology leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker passionate about storytelling, with deep knowledge of silicon design technologies and trends. Exceptional communication and narrative-building skills are essential, as is a proven ability to craft messages that resonate with diverse technical and business audiences.

You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional settings, forging strong relationships across all organizational levels, and effectively engaging with both executives and colleagues.

You will closely partner with product management, sales, and digital marketing to develop and promote a unified "One Synopsys" message for our offerings, expand our market reach, and drive adoption through effective demand generation campaigns.

Ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns through cross-functional teamwork, measured by SQLs and pipeline growth.

Elevate Synopsys' brand and market presence by showcasing customer advocacy and thought leadership.

Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.

What You'll Need:

Extensive experience in product and solutions marketing, including successful leadership roles.

Expertise in executing product campaigns, understanding target personas, and making data-driven decisions.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a track record of translating insights into actionable plans.

Bachelor's degree in electronic or computer engineering; MBA preferred.

15+ years in product management or marketing, with at least 5 years in the EDA or semiconductor industry.

Deep understanding of the EDA market and technologies (highly preferred).

Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance marketing teams.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
