Job Description

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire Clinical Training Specialist - Level III to support a Federal Agency.

Government clearance requirements for this role require candidates to maintain a Public Trust.

Location: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Bethesda, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develops teaching outlines and selects instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, workshops, and demonstrations.
  • Prepares, organizes, and leads training sessions covering standard, specialized, or counseling topics.
  • Designs training plans, curriculum, and computer-based training using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
  • Creates outlines, narratives, and storyboards, and identifies graphics, videos, photographs, and narration for training materials.
  • Conducts individual and classroom training on computer hardware and software that translate analytics into usable data.
  • Provides instruction and program development tailored to specific training needs.
  • May supervise or mentor less experienced staff in training development and delivery.
  • Complete orientation, competency verification, and all required training within department guidelines and timelines.
  • Participate in meetings, functions, customer service initiatives, and medical readiness activities, providing timely information and supporting process improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
  • Sign in and out with Time Tracker to record daily schedules and provide daily or weekly work reports to management.
  • Obtain and maintain access to system and submit bi-weekly workload documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams while managing tasks independently.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Ability to meet required government clearances: Tier 1 (T1) Investigation.
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience demonstrated the required proficiency. Experience working with distance learning tools and presenting in a remote-work environment
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Additional certifications in instructional design, health IT, or training technologies.
  • Experience developing and integrating multimedia elements into eLearning content.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning development tools.
  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
