Purpose of Position
The Department of Management in the Haile College of Business at Northern Kentucky University invites applications for a non-tenure-track Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor in Human Resource Management to begin in January 2026.

Primary Responsibilities
Candidates from all areas in Human Resource Management are welcome to apply. Current teaching needs include courses in fundamentals of HR, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and human resource management strategy (capstone), in addition to other management courses.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will hold an MBA or a master's degree in a related business field. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited program at the time of appointment and who have five years or more professional experience in Human Resources. Expectations for the successful candidate include teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the areas of Human Resource Management, availability to teach both in the classroom and online, a willingness to participate in engaged service, and a commitment and sensitivity to fostering a working and learning environment which is supportive of individuals from diverse backgrounds with a team of faculty and staff that contributes to the collegiality of the department and college.
