Landscape Manager

We are hiring a Landscape Manager to design and maintain landscape plans for Benchmark Human Services owned properties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and updates long-range landscape plans for all properties.
• Provides direct landscape maintenance services at all sites.
• Orders and maintains inventories of all material required for landscaping.
• Orders and maintains inventories all related equipment.
• Develops landscape site plan for Red Cedar and supervises on-site seasonal workers.
• As possible, includes client workers in maintenance duties.
• In off-season works in individual direct service capacity.
• Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
• Report to work as scheduled.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to supervise others
• Must have the ability to perform physical work required
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana driver's license
• Specialized training in landscape design and maintenance
• At least 3 years related service
