The Payroll Reporting Specialist role is part of our Global HR Operations team. The position reports to Hazlet, NJ, in a fully remote setting.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Prepare and deliver payroll reports for management, audits, and internal departments.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Manage and maintain the ADP Workforce Now (WFN) payroll system and its integration with HR and benefits platforms.
  • Support employee inquiries and assist processors in resolving payroll issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee records and data flow.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with 401(k) administration, including audits, loan monitoring, and funding reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory reporting requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or 7+ years of experience in payroll reporting and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and familiarity with benefits systems.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll-related tax and benefit regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external auditors.
