Physical Commercial Team (Music)
This is a 3-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Beverly Hills, CA, with potential to extend.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, with 3 days in office and 2 remote (Friday + one additional day). Summary
This role supports a fast-paced commercial team that manages sales of physical music products such as LPs and CDs. The coordinator will ensure smooth information flow and execution of sales and marketing set-ups across releases, working closely with internal teams, labels, and distribution partners. 1+years of experience in administrative support, production coordination, or the music/entertainment industry
Passion for the music business with a strong foundation in project coordination and organization
Proficient in tools such as Airtable and Slack, with strong scheduling and asset management skills
Familiar with commercial marketing and physical product distribution processes
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, distribution, and creative departments
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at a fast pace
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and timelines
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Highly resourceful, positive, deadline-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Job Description
In this role, you will coordinate the commercial setup and sales support for physical product releases. You'll partner with internal teams, labels, and distribution partners to ensure timely and accurate execution. This includes:
Managing schedules and coordinating multiple team meetings
Preparing and distributing sales materials, one-sheets, agendas, decks, and follow-ups
Supporting ad planning and funding approval processes
Requesting, gathering, and distributing social media and marketing assets for retail promotion
Collating and circulating retail buy links for key projects, ensuring accuracy of info, artwork, and pre-order links
Assembling pre-order tracking reports
Collaborating with international teams on global project set-ups
Handling administrative responsibilities such as meeting scheduling and asset coordination
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
Background in music industry, marketing, or commercial operations
Experience with tools such as Airtable, Slack, and project management platforms preferred

This opportunity is located in Beverly Hills, CA and requires hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote: Friday + one additional day)
The pay for this W-2 position is $27.55 per hour
