Work Schedule: Core Business Hours, Monday-Friday

Additional Hours as Required

Work Location: Daifuku Office


POSITION SUMMARY

The Aftermarket Parts Clerk reports to the GM of Aftermarket Services. This role is the liaison to our customers on all Webb product lines upon installation. This position involves daily interface with project managers, engineers, field service technicians, accounting, purchasing and with customers. The primary goal for this position is to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and carrying out related duties and tasks, for the purpose of contributing to the success of the team, department, and Company.



Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Manage customer requests for parts and new spare parts orders on a daily basis ensuring full detailed intake of concerns and expeditious solutions are implemented.
  • Provide formal quotes in CRM (Salesforce) to customers on spare parts
  • Monitor CRM to close out opportunities if the customer does not proceed with a PO.
  • Requests and approves purchase orders or material needs.
  • Leads and works with co-workers daily to ensure timely service.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Meets with multidisciplinary teams to discuss merchandise deliveries, requirements, and scheduling


Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent work experience in customer service or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred.
  • Preferred experience in the engineered-to-order industry.
  • Basic to Intermediate experience with Excel and knowledge of basic formulas.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Above average skills in customer service, CRM data entry, and data analysis
  • Basic skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and investigate complex problems
  • Other: must be self-directed, a problem solver, customer friendly and conscientious

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, CRM and CMMS.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under Daifuku's insurance policy.

  • Office environment in a controlled atmosphere building.
  • Daifuku site environments, including but not limited to airport ramp surfaces, BHS systems, GSE shops, factories, plants and E-Commerce distribution centers.
