Shift & Pay:

C Shift: Fri - Sun 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Thurs 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM | $21/hr (includes differential)



The Press Operator produces aluminum extrusions to customer specifications, including operating saws, extrusion presses, moving and packing materials, moving dies, and supporting 5S initiatives.

Essential Duties:



  • Promote a safe work environment
  • Set up and operate equipment efficiently while meeting quality standards
  • Cross-train in multiple department functions
  • Verify manufacturing orders and ensure all processes meet standards
  • Maintain clean, organized work area using 5S
  • Meet production schedules and support customer satisfaction
  • Perform related tasks and special projects as needed



Requirements:



  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to recognize safety concerns and use inspection equipment
  • Self-starter with basic math skills and strong problem-solving
  • Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts per customer specs
  • Team player with strong communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to participate in training and assist with preventive maintenance
