The Opportunity
The Adobe Digital Strategy and Growth team is seeking a passionate, data-driven Sr. Growth Product Manager - Mobile to join our high-performance team. Grounded in data and focused on high-velocity experimentation, we are dedicated to delivering impactful growth strategies for our mobile products. As a Sr. Growth Product Manager, you will lead our efforts to drive monthly active users and revenue through rigorous A/B testing and continuous optimization.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping growth initiatives by translating insights from user journeys into a clear and actionable roadmap. You will prioritize and implement mobile-optimization and pricing/offering experiments to enhance user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including product, engineering, design, and data science-you'll drive measurable uplifts in conversion and revenue. Your work will be at the intersection of mobile app expertise and collaborative innovation, as you foster strong relationships within our cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and growth!
What you'll do
Experimentation & Optimization:
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across mobile funnels, from hypothesis development to implementation.
  • Prioritize experiments based on expected impact, technical complexity, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to analyze test results and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product features, user interfaces, and campaigns.
  • Apply both quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously iterate and improve user conversion rates and overall growth.
Growth Strategy Development:
  • Define and complete strategies to drive user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
  • Translate insights into a mobile-optimization roadmap, prioritizing tests that enhance customer journey touchpoints.
  • Lead offer and price testing, defining strategies and revenue-driving price points to increase growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Finance teams to translate findings into product enhancements and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships across teams, ensuring alignment on growth priorities and execution of mobile optimization experiments.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as conversion rates, churn, and revenue to assess the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of test plans, results, and action items, ensuring clarity and transparency in our experimentation platform.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on growth performance, opportunities, and experiment outcomes.
Thought Leadership & Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for mobile growth initiatives, providing thought leadership and detailed execution strategies to guide the team's efforts.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to influence and align teams around shared goals, driving collective success across engineering, design, product, marketing, and data science. You're skilled at building strong relationships to ensure cohesive, high-impact collaboration.
  • Mobile Growth & Monetization Expertise: Bring deep experience in mobile app growth and monetization, with a strong focus on in-app purchases and subscriptions. You understand the nuances of mobile business models and are adept at developing and implementing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Organizational Excellence & Prioritization: Strong organizational skills allow you to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and timelines are met. You excel at prioritizing efforts to achieve both short-term achievements and long-term strategic goals. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on impact, you ensure that all initiatives align with the broader business vision.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
