Overview
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide recruitment strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning needs. This role oversees full-cycle recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent pipeline development while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a high-quality candidate experience. The Director manages a team of recruiters and support staff, drives performance through data and best practices, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, cost-effective hiring solutions that support current and future organizational growth. Pay Range: $122,000.00 - $163,000.00 What We Offer:

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and budget
- Design and optimize recruitment processes to improve quality of hire bench strength and retention
- Partner with VP of HR to define hiring objectives and determine recruitment approach
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting and employer branding ensuring compliance and best practices
- Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team through training performance management and development
- Develop and maintain external partnerships with agencies schools and professional organizations to enhance talent pipelines and brand visibility
- Analyze market data and trends to strengthen talent value proposition and competitiveness
- Collaborate with Total Rewards to ensure competitive compensation through market analysis and salary surveys
- Manage recruiting budgets vendor contracts and sourcing tools for cost-effective operations
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system and employment website for data accuracy and reporting
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations including FLSA and Higher Education Act
- Advise hiring managers on talent decisions to build organizational capability
- Partner with the business to align talent acquisition with strategic goals
- Lead recruitment strategy sessions and ensure efficient execution from sourcing to onboarding
- Establish/maintain a high performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics
- Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements

Qualifications
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required)
- Minimum of eight (8) years' professional experience in Talent Acquisition (required)
- Minimum of five (5) years of overall leadership experience with a minimum of three (3) years' in a Manager or Director level Talent Acquisition position (required)
- In-depth experience consulting with business partners on Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Full-cycle Recruiting
- Must have experience working in a multi-site, multi-state environment
