As Production Coordinator, you'll control, order, and follow-up on production raw materials and plant consumables while ensuring SAP data consistency and quality. You will be able to design and improve material flows through out the site and manufacturing departments.

• Managing site packaged raw materials safety stock, counts, ordering flow, and follow up.

• Interfacing between operations and raw material sourcing for contracts and site needs.

• Managing offsite warehouse coordination.

• Maintaining inventory of production consumables.

• Analyzing and evaluating responsibilities for optimization and continuous improvement.

• Optimizing bulk raw material planning, counts, and ordering flow.

• Ensuring SAP accuracy to actual inventory of responsibilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent with very good arithmetic skills required.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of production experience

• Ability to use computers and company software, particularly SAP and the Microsoft office suite, as well as familiarity with excel pivot tables and database analysis.

• Efficient and clear written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.

• Very good planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain a holistic view of our product flow, our business, and our internal customers.

• High performance management knowledge like Lean Performance Management, KPI management, problem solving.

• Demonstrate a positive team-work attitude and help promote a working climate that provides a positive and sound winner mentality.

• Physical ability and visual acuity to move about the plant site, lifting required as needed and/or climbing ladders.

Expected salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually
