Overview
***Must be in commutable distance of Nashville, TN*** Responsible for managing production graphic art requests from internal customers, as assigned by the Production Graphics Manager.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED;
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred;
- Previous technical troubleshooting hardware and software required; related experience may be a substitute for education;
- Minimum 2 years in a production graphics support role. Role is 90% technical graphics and 10% creative graphics.
- Must be proficient in the creation of vector-based images or raster images.
- Must be proficient in reformatting client arts to specific printer specs.
- Must be proficient in file management.
- Must be proficient in printing and/or pre-press and managing color profiles.
- Create production proofs and art based on client's specifications, work within templates and/or create new templates.
- Proficient on MAC and PC
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, to include:
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Acrobat Pr
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of cloud storage applications (Box.com or Dropbox.com)
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve unique problems.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle pressure of multiple deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism.

- This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work from home in a virtual environment and onsite in the Nashville area.
