SUMMARY:
The Digital Operations Associate is a key role in delivering the customer experience across WesBanco's digital platforms. This individual will be instrumental in supporting our customers as they navigate the various digital capabilities that we bring to market. In this role, the Digital Operations Associate is the tier two contact for those who may need assistance with digital banking services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains a working knowledge of WesBanco's digital capabilities, and how customers/users engage with us through this channel.
Performs various operational support duties relating to our digital services in order to provide optimal experiences for our customers.
Utilizes multiple systems, often simultaneously, to deliver the optimal experiences for our customers.
Assists with testing, implementing and maintaining features and enhancements in correlation with digital services.
Performs a variety of routine tasks related to digital services.
Processes application requests, maintenance, research, and customer or banking center initiated requests through digital banking services.
Tracks to completion, client issues related to supported solutions.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management, branch network, other departments and vendors.
Ability to accurately follow instructions, multi-task, listen attentively.
Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.
Able to work independently and meet communicated deadlines.
