Department Information Georgia AIM Georgia AIM (Georgia Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing) is a program in Georgia Tech's Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) focused on positioning Georgia as a leader in AI-driven manufacturing. EI2 is Georgia Tech's chief economic development arm. Led by Georgia Tech in partnership with a coalition of public and private institutions and supported through a 4-year, $65 million grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, Georgia AIM seeks to develop talent, deploy innovation, and advance AI technologies across various manufacturing sectors in the state. Job Summary
Provide professional communications and marketing services in support of unit management as specified in the particular job posting. May develop communications materials in the form of graphics, brochures, fact sheets, articles for publication, logo designs, social media, and/or websites. Specific duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs. Salary range: $50 an hour for a part-time 20 hours a week Location: Atlanta, GA Time Frame: 3 Months Other Information
Georgia AIM, through the Enterprise Innovation Institute, has a three-month, part-time (no more than 20 hours per week) Tech Temp Communications position for a videographer/photographer. The successful candidate will work with the Georgia AIM Marketing Strategist, in coordination with the EI2 Video Photography Director, to create short, documentary-style videos and photography that highlight Georgia AIM's success stories across the state. This role will include contacting sources to schedule interviews, conducting on-site interviews with project participants, and capturing video and photography at various Georgia AIM project locations. Travel throughout Georgia is required and will be reimbursed. This position is based in Atlanta and includes consistent interaction with Georgia Tech and Georgia AIM project staff as well as external audiences. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a minimum of six project-focused, documentary-style videos by the end of the contract. |
