About the Role MWH is currently seeking a Recruiter with specialized experience in immigration and global mobility to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while also assisting in immigration and mobility processes for candidates and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, an understanding of global workforce mobility, and experience navigating complex immigration requirements. This role is located onsite in Broomfield, CO. Essential Functions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across a variety of roles and geographies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead and coordinate immigration processes in partnership with internal legal, HR, and external immigration counsel, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Support candidates and employees through visa applications, work permits, green card processes, and other immigration matters.
- Assist with global mobility activities such as relocations, international assignments, and transfers, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to align mobility programs with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of immigration cases and mobility assignments, tracking progress and reporting to leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on immigration status, relocation logistics, and mobility policies.
- Stay current on global immigration trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in workforce mobility.
Recruiting and Sourcing
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for interns, co-ops, and entry-level roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for all roles for current and future candidates, working closely with sr. recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating consistently and building long-term relationships.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes and data accuracy.
- Provide reports and insights on sourcing and recruiting activities, hiring trends, and program effectiveness.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives including social media campaigns and early-career marketing materials.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sourcing and recruiting experience with some experience in immigration recruiting and mobility practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and project coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, etc
- Willingness to travel to construction site visits, campus events, and recruiting activities (10-20% travel required, depending on season).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting construction candidates, ideally those with heavy civil, mechanical, electrical and/or water/wastewater backgrounds preferred.
