The Vice President, Corporate Controller is a key member of the Finance leadership team at Medica. Reporting to the CFO, this executive leader is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the organization's accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and controllership functions. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results, maintain a strong internal control environment, and lead process improvements to support the health plan's growth, modernization, and regulatory compliance. The VP will directly oversee a team of finance professionals, aligning and elevating the organization's financial operations to support cross-functional collaboration and long-term sustainability. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka MN office, on average, 3 days per week. The full base pay salary range for this position is $260,000-$390,000. Annual base pay salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and or licensures, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for Medica's Short Term Incentive plan, Long Term Incentive plan and our Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.
