Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives for a growing professional services firm. This role is pivotal in driving successful adoption of new technologies and practices, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and fostering a culture of engagement and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Workstreamsfor major transformation programs, including SAP for our core colleague population, as well as colleagues who have joined through M&A
  • Develop and Execute Change Strategiesencompassing stakeholder management, communications, training, and culture and engagement activities.
  • Manage Change Teams, including Change Managers, Analysts, and Training Leads, to deliver high-impact interventions.
  • Design Repeatable Frameworksto ensure a consistent colleague experience as we roll out new technologies and ways of working.
  • Coach Senior Leaderson embedding change and driving colleague engagement.
  • Oversee Communicationsfor executive leadership, senior leaders and the general colleague population, using a range of tools and platforms.
  • Create and Maintain Change Roadmapsand heat maps to visualize transformation impacts across business units.
  • Deliver Insights to Leadership, including monthly change impact reports for the CEO and other senior leaders, project managers, and office leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading change in complex, global organizations.
  • Expertise in SAP, Workday, and digital transformation programs.
  • Strong background in colleague communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing change across M&A, OD, and cultural initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • 15+ years in Change Management or related fields.
  • Experience in professional services or related fields.
  • Familiarity with global operations and cross-cultural change delivery.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

120000

and

200000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
