Position Summary As part of the leadership team, the Program Manager provides guidance and support to a team of Program Supervisors and other program team members, empowering them to lead their teams in providing person-centered employment services to people at Rise's community employment sites. Responsibilities Program Management
- The Program Manager supports a team of case managers in communication with families, county case managers, and assist with problem solving efforts to improve service plans.
- Support Program Supervisors in managing their team of Direct Support Professionals, person served caseloads, and community employment sites.
- Ensure compliance and quality of programs and services while maintaining working knowledge of 245D licensing, regulatory, and CARF quality standards.
- Assist in responding to emergencies when needed and ensure documentation and follow up regarding incidents are completed.
- Oversees and implements new program goals and ensures projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure efficient, timely and accurate data management, and documentation in our case management software system.
- Build and maintains effective working relationships between all team members, persons served, and other program stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison with other appropriate agencies and organizations to promote the interests of Rise.

- Manage and grow team performance through direction, feedback, training, and professional development.
- Lead others in focusing on providing excellent service for people served, their families, and all other people who support them.
- The Program Manager monitors program outcomes, revenue, and expenses of program in partnership the Program Director.
Requirements
- 3 years of supervisory level experience in a program providing disability services is required.
- A degree in a human service-related field.
- Previous experience practicing person-centered practices with people with disabilities or other barriers.
- Must meet the qualifications required of MN 245D statute's Designated Coordinator and Designated Manager roles.
- Strong self-management, thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, etc.) and interest to learn and become proficient in case management software system (Care Director).
- Applicants must comply with and pass Department of Human Services background check (Rule 11).
- Applicants must have a valid driver license.
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
Benefits Wage: $53,040.00 - $59,488.00/year depending on qualifications
