Location: Fort Worth Urgent Care CenterDepartment: UCC AdminShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Office Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the functions of the office for efficient patient flow. Provides support and guidance to staff. Assists in performing general office functions related to phone coverage, billing, registration, and provider schedules. Under the direct supervision of the Director, the Supervisor will oversee approval of payroll as designated, coordinate budget requests and present monthly budget balances to the director. The Supervisor will work closely with clinical managers, medical directors, and team secretary to coordinate pertinent projects, data collection and data trends, and supply inventory processes as necessary. Consults with the Practice Manager regarding methods for controlling operational costs and maintaining efficient office operations. Requires good judgment, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of physician billing, and diversified insurance plans. Assumes the responsibility of the Practice Managers role in the event of his/her absence. Education and Experience:
