About The Position Key responsibilities include: Qualifications Associates degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required, with GIS, CAD or Engineering Technology disciplines being preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, GIS, Construction Management, Project Management or related technical field preferred. Five or more years of relevant experience (e.g., engineering, design or construction experience on electric or gas distribution lines, GIS, Computer-Aided Drafting, or distributed generation interconnections like solar and wind) required. Supervisory or project leadership is preferred. Seven years of required relevant experience may be considered in lieu of associate degree. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Additional Information Compensation Range: $86,400.00 - $133,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
