Aloha! A local bank is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Digital Banking team to work on IT system implementation projects. Ideally, this person comes from a product background and has a strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Please see some of the details below and apply if interested.
*Description* 1. Management and Oversight of Digital Banking Projects and Initiatives (75%) a. Manages the process of gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, designing solutions, executing test cases and test plans, overseeing implementations and post production support. b. Leads and oversees all communications with vendors, internal business units, and other stake holders for all project phases. c. Manages projects and works closely with the project managers to ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meets user requirements. d. Ensures all stakeholders, resources, and vendors are kept informed of decisions, issues, and project status. e. Creates technology documentation including but not limited to business operations process and application flow charts. f. Ensures all projects are implemented in compliance with Bank policies and procedures and any regulatory guidelines. g. Determines opportunities to streamline and automate business processes h. Creates presentations and status reports to management and stakeholders. i. Provides sign off on all project documentation in accordance with the Bank's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Life Cycle (PLC) process. j. Leads and coordinates transition of projects from implementation to operations and support phases. k. Works closely with the support teams on transitioning system support, assisting with high priority issues and releases. 2. Leadership and Team Development (15%) a. Manages staff responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Digital Banking Systems. b. Defines team roles & responsibilities c. Develops goals and manages performance and skill development through regular coaching, training, and annual evaluation process. d. Works with all levels of staff and management to address concerns and resolve issues. e. Leads and participates in team meetings and projects. f. Coordinates and communicates status on projects, releases, etc. g. Manages staff time and resources dedicated to projects. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $47.00/hr.
