W2 ONLY - HYBRID IN DOWNTOWN MILWAUKEE (2X A WEEK) Description We're seeking a Contract Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our collaborative IT team. This role supports our Global Investment Banking Salesforce implementation, serving over 600 users. About the Role: You'll work closely with a team of passionate Salesforce professionals to enhance and support our platform. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset. This is a highly collaborative environment-pairing, asking questions, and sharing ideas are essential to success. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Platform Support Serve as SME, developer, and admin for the Global Investment Banking Salesforce instance Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript Manage platform enhancements, releases, and bug fixes Maintain technical documentation and support materials Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams Support backlog management and feature prioritization User Support & Enablement Provide technical support and troubleshooting Educate users on platform capabilities and change impacts Drive user adoption and create training materials Continuous Learning Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices Engage with the Salesforce Success Community and local user groups Additional Skills & Qualifications* Bonus Skills: Microsoft development tools (C#, ASP.NET, MVC) Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Change management and documentation Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
