THIS IS A TRAVELING TECHNICIAN POSITION! What You'll Do: * Install antennas, cables, and DAS equipment (RFS, JMA Wireless, etc.) * Run coaxial and fiber optic cables through ceilings and walls * Mount and connect equipment on racks or hardware * Test signal strength and walk around to check coverage * Troubleshoot and fix issues like weak signals or bad connections * Follow safety rules when working at heights or with electrical gear * Work with engineers and project managers to get the job done right * Provide support and maintenance after installation What We're Looking For: * Experience installing DAS or similar telecom systems * Comfortable working on rooftops, ceilings, and with tools * Basic knowledge of wiring, cabling, and signal testing * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Safety-conscious and able to follow protocols * Team player with good communication skills Bonus if you have: * Experience with RFS or JMA Wireless equipment * OSHA or other safety certifications * Experience in low-voltage electrical or RF systems Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
