Nestle USA, Inc. seeks Sr Analyst Supply Chain Analytics (multiple positions) in Arlington, VA Duties: Participate in the evaluation, intake, design, and integration strategy between multiple supply chain functions and data sources. Develop advanced business intelligence solutions from use case concept to experimental design to industrialization and deployment to end users. Provide visibility across total supply chain with embedded analytics that support both strategic and operational decision making throughout the end users' daily functions. Design and create analytical tools and dashboards to support functional KPI's, targeted insights, and functional requests. Analyze large amounts of detailed historical and forecast data to support key performance measures and operational decision support. Collect, cleanse, and understand complex data to identify more accurate ways of reporting, analyzing, and communicating opportunities. Manage special projects, pilots, proof of concepts, and ad-hoc project work. Conduct proper stakeholder management to ensure all parties are aligned and updated throughout project life cycle. Develop professional presentations and project status reporting appropriate for their intended audience. Present project management solutions and recommendations to all levels of leadership. Improve stakeholder awareness and acumen with the business intelligence solutions. Lead ongoing alignment and engagement across our stakeholder base at various levels to capture feedback for continuous improvement. Up to 5% domestic travel required for business meetings. 2 days of telework permitted per week. Requirements: Job requires Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Engineering, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the offered role or in a Supply Chain Analyst or Business Analyst role within the consumer-packaged goods ("CPG") manufacturing industry. Required experience must include all of the following: experience in Databricks, AAS, and Synapse within a Microsoft Azure environment; experience in automating data processes, developing dashboards, and building scalable analytics solutions in ecommerce, omni-channel, and the food industry; experience in large transformation and implementation of new technology including Azure and SAP systems; experience in SQL, Java, Python, and Android Studio; experience in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries and code; experience in data visualization tools including Tableau and PowerBI; experience in warehouse automation, inbound and outbound operation, warehouse slotting, process improvement, and Manhattan WMS warehouse controlling system; experience in implementing sustain strategy and ticketing system including ServiceNow; experience in data modeling in large data warehousing and data lake environment for complex supply chain data; experience in building data validation process, delivering ambiguous projects with incomplete or 'dirty' data; experience in using customer on shelf data; and experience in using Azure DevOps lifecycle management software.
