As a Call Center Representative you will receive guidance and direction from the Call Center Manager, and will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to perform a full range of duties, such as: Provide prompt and courteous telephone assistance to callers. Answer, screen and triage a high volume of incoming calls, verify eligibility, and schedule for multiple services across our Venice Family Clinic. Manage and respond to incoming messages from the patient portal. Contact patients to offer follow up appointments. Perform other duties as assigned. Salary range:$26.42 - $37.49 Hourly Qualifications Required: Minimum of two years of experience in a call center or in a medical setting that includes patient registration, appointment scheduling or health insurance enrollment or equivalent education/experience. Good oral communication skills to receive and convey information clearly and concisely. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a team or independently. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and organize workload to optimize efficiency, and verify insurance coverage via the internet in appropriate websites. Ability to type with speed and accuracy 45+ wpm.
