Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, architecture, administration, related building construction field or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated leadership; or master's degree plus a minimum of 13 years of demonstrated leadership. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position GDMS is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Facilities Operations to lead the strategic direction, optimization, and oversight of its facilities across multiple sites. This role plays a critical part in aligning facilities operations with the company's business objectives by delivering efficient, safe, sustainable, and cost-effective facility management services.

DOD Security Clearance (preferred) Target salary range: USD $193,517.00/Yr. - USD $209,392.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
