Responsible for planning and directing activities to ensure the safe, reliable and economic operation of the Company's electric transmission and distribution system. Dispatching operations for electric trouble calls, assuring compliance with all applicable regulatory operating practices and policies, key member of service restoration team from both planning and operations perspectives. Responsible for the performance management of both management and union employees. Responsible for establishing and evaluating management teams for 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation. Responsible for finding ways to create shareholder value through cost minimization and customer service enhancements.
