The Job We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Senior Content Manager to lead the architecture, scalability, and innovation behind the systems that power our enterprise content platforms. This senior leadership role is critical in ensuring our users and editorial teams have world-class tools for creating, managing, and distributing content across digital channels. You will take ownership of a key initiative within our organization, directly impacting both internal operations and client-facing products. The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate both tactical and strategic initiatives within a rapidly evolving landscape. You Will Strategic Leadership & Ownership
- Provide strategic leadership for teams focused on content management, publishing, and editorial workflows.
- Own the vision and roadmap for the CMS platform (Sitecore XM Cloud), publishing systems, and related infrastructure.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams responsible for content pipelines, publishing tools, and integrations with front-end delivery systems.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Content Strategy & Editorial Planning
- Build and manage an editorial calendar that aligns with organizational priorities, seasonal campaigns, and regulatory requirements.
- Define and execute content strategies tailored to members, brokers, and providers, ensuring messaging resonates with each audience.
- Develop empathetic content experiences for senior members, emphasizing clarity, accessibility, and trust.
- Collaborate with clinical, compliance, and operations teams to align content with medical and regulatory standards.
Multimedia Content Oversight
- Oversee creation and adaptation of multimedia content (e.g., webinars, explainer videos, provider training modules, how-to guides) to support diverse learning and engagement needs.
Sitecore XM Cloud Management
- Oversee content workflows, publishing, taxonomy, and personalization features within Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Manage content migration efforts from legacy Sitecore XP to XM Cloud, ensuring accuracy and continuity.
- Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to optimize CMS capabilities and editorial experience.
SEO Strategy & A/B Testing
- Implement and monitor SEO best practices across all web content, including keyword optimization, metadata, and structured data.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize content effectiveness and user engagement.
- Analyze test results and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and accessibility standards (e.g., HIPAA, WCAG 2.0 AA) across publishing workflows.
- Champion content governance and brand consistency across all digital properties.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in digital content management, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Sitecore XM Cloud.
- Experience creating content for multiple healthcare audiences (members, providers, brokers) with proven ability to adapt tone and messaging.
- Demonstrated empathy and communication skills in designing content for seniors and regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and user experience principles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, clinical, or compliance teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Sitecore CDP and Personalize preferred
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta conversion APIs, and middleware platforms preferred
- Familiarity with SEO and A/B testing principles.
- Experience with editorial workflows, publishing systems, and content pipelines.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.
- Background in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive content design.
