The CPAP Repap team handles the setup of patients 5-year replacement CPAP/Bipap unit, speaking with patients and doctors' offices to obtain the necessary documents needed to dispense.
JOB FUNCTIONS * Reviews patient medical information * Contacts Patients and Doctors regularly over the phone Hardware Requirements for all remote positions: Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download / 5 mbps upload/ 30 or less ping) Run Speedtest.net to check Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) Processor: >1.60 GHz or greater (Verify settings>system>about) Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM Browser: Chrome, Edge Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Macbook's) Monitors: Dual monitors Headset: Wired, USB ex: Logitech H340 Wired/Wireless external keyboard/mouse: For laptop users as well- we use Function keys for most positions. Webcam: Used during training, manager meetings and interview Private HIPPA Compliant Workspace: distraction-free work environment in a room with a door | |
