DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position you will officiate and coordinate PA Lottery drawings on camera at a TV studio, behind the scenes, or from our headquarters office. Work involves performing time-sensitive duties, participating in live broadcasts and drawings, as well as providing recommendations based on research projects. You will be responsible for conducting all assigned lottery drawings in an orderly and professional manner in accordance with established procedures, rules, regulations, directives, and state lottery laws. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate all TV studio drawing activities including distribution of drawing show scripts, the calling of drawing fouls, and interfacing with television production staff including announcers, control room, camera personnel, and independent auditors. Additional tasks include scheduling witnesses, preparing witness documents, and participating in speaking engagements to recruit new witnesses.

- Full-time employment
- Work schedule hours and days vary. Employees work 4 to 6 days (varying Monday through Sunday) per week (10 days in a 14-day pay period), including nights, weekends, and holidays to cover the Lottery drawing. The selected candidate will be expected to report to work even in the event of road closures, inclement weather, or disasters. Shifts typically run from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but occasionally one of the following adjusted schedules may be required based on operational need:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have the ability to learn new computer systems.
- You must be willing and able to work nights and weekends.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
