The Finance Business Operations Billing Specialist is responsible for the distribution and delivery of our organizations' invoicing by a specified deadline. This position will be fast paced and require a strong attention to detail and adherence to our company and departmental guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Post payments to clients account daily Prepare and process reports to clear discrepancies daily, weekly, and monthly Process refunds to clients in a timely manner Ability to research client account to answer basic accounting questions Use Excel to compare data from multiple sources and ensure accurate payment processing Work queue of internal and external requests by priority Ability to work with internal and external partners as needed to ensure accurate posting of payments All other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward and professional manner Ability to effectively organize and prioritize Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to demonstrate superb follow through Knowledge of Microsoft applications Analytical thinking Problem solving skills The ability to communicate professionally with various clients, departments, leadership in high pressure situations EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations or related field or equivalent experience FGN135 2025-61238 2025 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
