We're looking for a self-motivated, passionate JD candidate to join our US Legal & Compliance Function for a hands-on, impactful '25-'26 school year internship. This is your opportunity to experience the inner workings of a global company and sharpen your legal skills in a collaborative, dynamic setting.

About the Role

As a Legal Intern, you'll support our Legal & Compliance team in delivering smart, strategic legal solutions across all our Business Areas - from scissors to gardening tools, and everything in between. You'll dive into projects that span:

  • Commercial transactions

  • Intellectual property

  • Privacy and data protection

  • Marketing and advertising law

  • Supply chain and vendor contracts

  • Litigation support

You'll also get a front-row seat to global meetings, collaborate with our international team, and interact with attorneys from top-tier law firms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and NDAs

  • Conduct legal research and provide summaries to internal stakeholders

  • Prepare legal training materials tailored for business audiences

  • Assist with litigation matters and case management

Internship Details

  • Length: '25-'26 school year, with flexible start/end dates based on your academic schedule, and the possibility for the internship to expand to a full-time role during the summer of 2026.

  • Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week

  • Location: Hybrid - part-time remote, part-time in-person at our US HQ in Middleton, WI(at least 1 day per week)

  • Compensation: This is a paid internship

  • Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L in a JD program with a strong academic record

  • Eager to gain real-world experience in corporate law
