Office Assistant- LGBTQ Resource Center

In this position, you will provide valuable assistance in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional work environment while contributing to the overall efficiency of The LGBTQ Resource Center.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support.
• Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel with professionalism and courtesy.
• Office Organization: Help maintain a clean and organized office space, restocking supplies as needed, and ensuring communal areas are presentable.
• Support Team Projects: Collaborate with team members on various projects, offering assistance as needed to ensure successful completion.
