We seek a talented individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Product Manager for Real-Time Correction Services for the Geospatial and Civil Construction industries. Position Summary

The Product Manager will lead the development and execution of our customer focused product strategy for subscription-based high accuracy correction services for the rapidly growing Geospatial (GEO) and Civil Construction (CCFS) segments. The Product Manager will engage directly and virtually with cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholders, OEMs, distribution partners, and end customers to drive growth by bringing the right services to the market to satisfy the customer's technical and business needs. The role is also responsible for all technical aspects of the portfolio including integration of our correction services into the complete Trimble GNSS solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Acting like the CEO for your product portfolio, maintaining ownership and accountability to develop and execute 1-5 year business plans.

- Working with end-customers, Trimble sales, support, and channel partners to understand and prioritize unmet customer needs and ways to maximize the value we deliver to the market.

- Working with other Trimble divisions to develop a joint strategy and solutions to market problems, both technical and marketing teams

- Reviewing key product line performance metrics (e.g., subscriptions, renewals, market share, customer satisfaction). Implementing changes to improve performance.

- Defining the roadmap for GNSS correction signals for Mapping and Survey applications for both the geospatial and construction segments.

- Gathering information about competitive offerings to develop a compelling product positioning strategy.

- Developing and delivering sales tools and training material by partnering with sales, customer care, marcom and e-commerce teams to plan and implement go-to-market strategies for various geographic and vertical segments.

- Working together with the marketing communications team to schedule and deliver marketing activities, including articles, blogs, webinars, brochures, case studies, etc., while ensuring proper and consistent product messaging

- Support Escalations: Working with channel partners to ensure development and market level issues are resolved promptly. This will encompass sales, support and engineering departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Be concerned with the details and able to change context regularly between strategy and in-depth implementation details.

- In-depth product familiarity, developed by spending hands-on time in the field with your product as required.

- Traveling domestically and internationally to drive global success for your products (~10%).

Skills & Characteristics

- You have a solid theoretical and practical understanding of GNSS and high accuracy corrections/positioning techniques.

- You have hands on experience in GNSS surveying and surveying workflows

- Excellent communication skills to be able easily work across a diverse set of business functions and divisional teams

- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to produce results.

- Ability to manage long term projects and objectives.

- Love solving customer problems.

- Self-starter - self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelors of Science degree in Geodesy, Surveying, Engineering or related field

- Land Surveying, Mapping & GIS, and/or Construction Technology theoretical and practical experience

- 4+ years Product Management experience, preference to experience with SaaS or other tech services

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
