Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Corporates segment is seeking a dynamic and motivated client-centric individual for our open Max Support Representative for our OIT International team! You will be amongst some of the most innovative technologist and product managers serving as a customer support enabling our clients who use our digital solutions to solve complex issues. This position can be remotely based in your home office or one of our U.S. locations: Ann Arbor, Dallas, or the Minnesota area.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Max Support Representative you will:

  • Provide support for assigned accounts - Answer and/or obtain from the appropriate resource answers to questions/problems primarily relating to ONESOURCE Income Tax and related products.
  • Responsible, as needed, for being sure issues related to other Tax & Accounting products are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner by other Support teams or through their own assistance.
  • Provide proactive service - Review pending product release to determine if updates/changes are immediately applicable to the client's current processing.
  • Conduct quality monitoring and follow up of customer emails and calls.
  • Review all released patches/updates/fixes.
  • Propose product changes/enhancements per client requests.
  • Provide feedback to management relating to client satisfaction.
  • Maintain satisfactory client relationship - Maintain contact with assigned client representatives. - ONESOURCE Max Support is an optional fee-based program.
  • The client relationship is key to the renewal of the program.
  • Be available for extended hours as needed.
  • Develop product/application-specific specialties to be shared with other members of the ONESOURCE Max Support and mentor other ONESOURCE Support Groups.
  • Provide overall work direction to junior level roles; may provide coaching on career and job development to junior staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

You are a fit for the role of Max Support Representative if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of international tax compliance seasons preferred.
  • Microsoft Office user experience.
  • CPA license preferred, not required - expired or active.
  • Direct Tax ONESOURCE software, CorpTax or other related softwares required.
  • Subject matter expert in area of international income tax: forms 8858, 8865, 5471, 8990, 8892 and 1118.
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused quality account management.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $64,400 - $119,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
