Position Summary Responsible for sorting all incoming invoices/paperwork/payments received daily. Scanning and Indexing A/P or A/R documents into the Imaging system. Invoice entry required for assigned portions of invoices received in A/P and customer payments into AR.

Enter Agent Posting tickets, online request adjustments, assist with AR reconciliation issues and work with collection and the banks to ensure all AR entries are entered timely and correctly. Could also assist with Credit Card functions.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- 1+ years related experience and/or training
- Strong data entry skills/experience required
- Must have Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, MS Outlook
- Able to work well in a fast paced team environment
- Includes possible OT required from June - September.

- Position Title: Processor II
- Salary Range: $16.82 - $17.30 per hour
