CNC Mill/Lathe Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mill/lathe including tooling and program selection

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Inspect parts to ensure dimensional and quality standards

Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues

Perform basic maintenance and replace worn tools

Maintain accurate production and quality records

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and feeds/speeds

Familiarity with CNC programming and controls

Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively

Team-oriented with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
