ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Under the direction of the Security Officer, this position is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services to organizational executives. This role goes beyond traditional driving, encompassing administrative functions such as processing transportation-related invoices and ensuring the vehicle's optimal condition through routine maintenance coordination and oversight.
WHAT YOU WILL DO LIST
Safely transport executives to and from meetings, appointments, and events in a timely and professional manner.
Plan optimal routes using real-time traffic data to minimize delays and esnure timely arrival.
Provide courteous assistance to executives, including loading and unloading luggage or equipment
Process all invoices related to executive transportation, including fuel, tolls, parking, and vehicle maintenance expenses.
Maintain organized records of all transportation-related expenses and submit expense reports as required.
Coordinate with vendors and finance staff to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and detailing with authorized service centers for fleet vehicles.
Keep detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and service intervals.
Uphold discretion and confidentiality regarding all executive travel and conversations.
File police reports when necessary, on behalf of the Bank.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Must be reliable, dependable, and maintain a high degree of flexibility and confidentiality.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance requirements and basic troubleshooting.
Strong organizational and administrative skills; proficiency in record-keeping and invoice processing
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment and professionalism at all times.
Flexibility in work hours, including availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide emergency first aid/AED and CPR if needed.
Requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a chauffeur, executive driver, or similar role preferred.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Frequent internal contacts at all levels, including the CEO and Executive Management.
Contact with all levels of staff during training or review activities as necessary.
External contact with vendors and law enforcement authorities.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily vehicle-based, with occasional office work for administrative and reporting tasks. May require extended hours based on executive schedules. Physical ability to assist with luggage and minor vehicle tasks.
