About the Role We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Group Business Services organization, working as an essential member of our Financial Accounting team. This role is all about accuracy, collaboration, and impact-ensuring the integrity of our financial data while working closely with colleagues across the business to drive success. What You'll Do Manage general ledger and fixed assets for assigned legal entities Lead and participate in month-end group reporting in line with established guidelines Contribute to annual reporting and support external audit processes Partner closely with Legal Entity Controllers, Business Finance, Group Finance, and auditors as a trusted expert in accounting matters Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and play an active role in our continuous improvement journey What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who pairs technical expertise with a positive, proactive mindset-a person who enjoys solving problems, learning new things, and finding better ways of working. You balance seeing the big picture with keeping a close eye on the details. Your Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent 3+ years' experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role Solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards and processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Experience with SAP is a plus Fluency in English Why Join Us?
