Staffmark is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC, to hire a full-time Account Coordinator.
This direct hire role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, project coordination experience, and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year (Direct Hire)

Schedule:



  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM



Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a primary contact between internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Prepare quotes and maintain accurate product records
  • Coordinate deadlines and ensure smooth communication across departments
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose solutions
  • Ensure quality standards and organizational goals are met
  • Support process improvements and maintain organized workflows



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or operations (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Sage, Nulogy, or Trello a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
