POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Care Coordinator will partner with Production teams to process booking activities related to clinician assignments. This position will create and send service agreements and addendums to clinicians and client confirmations for clients. They will be responsible for management of these documents. They will serve as a liaison between the company and our clients and clinicians.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Processing Clinician Bookings - 100%

  • Assembles a variety of documents including service agreements, provider addendums and client confirmations in a time sensitive manner; makes manual adjustments when needed
  • Manages outstanding documents and shares status with production teams
  • Provides timely follow up on documents pending approval
  • Uploads clinician and client documents into Salesforce
  • Implements Salesforce enhancements and best practice updates into daily routine
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers including production teams, clients, and clinicians
  • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant issues

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Attends division production meetings as requested
  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
  • May partner with Production teams to improve processes
  • May partner with Production on document management
  • May cover other team members as needed

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

  • May communicate to clinicians and clients

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of related experience preferred
