As the Western Region Senior Account Manager with Liberty Plastics, youwill be an integral member of our Building Products team, responsible for the development and execution of annual sales plans that deliver strategic market growth in our Attic, Wall and Roof protection product and market segments. This position is responsible for establishing a sustainable base of business through both direct sales efforts and management of a regional team of independent sales reps. Key focus will be on account development, account management and distribution growth in both 1 and 2 step channels. You will work closely with the Liberty Plastics Leadership and Marketing team to increase brand awareness and market share in support of a range of building products (roofing and siding) market driven product solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute sales plans and business objectives aligned with Liberty Plastics' annual growth and profitability targets.
  • Manage a network of independent sales representatives to drive organic and new customer growth.
  • Drive market growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies across distribution, private label, and OEM channels.
  • Work with contractors to build product awareness and drive sales through distribution partners.
  • Forecast and plan monthly/annual account goals and deliver corresponding performance reports and action plans.
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers, independent sales reps, and internal teams.
  • Establish consistent engagement with key distributors and contractors to maintain strong relationships and sales momentum.
  • Manage territory pricing programs for existing and new distribution partners.
  • Identify market and sales opportunities aligned with Liberty Plastics' core product offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the building products industry.
  • Management experience with a sales team or independent representative network.
  • Proven "hunter" mentality with a track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and engage across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with innovative thinking.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% or more as required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year plus eligibility in annual bonus program. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
